Corrections

If something on this site is wrong, send the article URL and what’s wrong with it. Corrections are made in place and, when the change is substantive, noted under the byline. This is the most useful message you can send us.

First-hand experience

If you’ve owned something we’ve written about for long enough to know how it ages, we want to hear it — particularly if it contradicts what we published. Long-run ownership reports are the hardest evidence to find and the most valuable, since we don’t test products ourselves.

Brands and PR

We do not accept paid placements, sponsored posts, link insertions or guest articles. Messages proposing any of those are not answered.

Product information, specification corrections and warranty clarifications are welcome and are read. Sending a product doesn’t create any obligation to cover it or to test it — see our editorial policy.

Response times

This is a small operation. Corrections are handled first and usually within a couple of days. Everything else may take longer.
